We're testing Artsy Fartsy, a multiplayer party game powered by AI image generation. One player submits a prompt, the AI generates an image, and everyone else competes to guess what the original prompt was. Points go to the closest — and funniest — guesses. Think Jackbox meets AI chaos.
We need testers on iOS (via TestFlight), Android, and Web browser across a range of devices and connection speeds.
What to test and watch for:
Game Flow & Multiplayer Sync
Does the game progress smoothly from lobby → prompt entry → image generation → guessing → scoring?
Do all players see the image at roughly the same time, or does it appear for some before others?
Does the game stall, freeze, or get stuck at any transition point between rounds?
What happens if a player drops mid-round — does the game recover gracefully?
AI Image Generation
Does the image load within a reasonable time? Note how long it takes.
Are there rounds where the image fails to generate or loads as a broken/blank image?
Does the image feel meaningfully connected to the prompt, or is it consistently unrecognizable? (This affects guessability and fun.)
Guessing & Scoring
Is the input field easy to find and use on your device?
Does your guess register correctly and on time?
Are scores calculated and displayed clearly at the end of each round?
Does the scoring feel fair — are close guesses rewarded appropriately?
Onboarding & Clarity
Without any instruction, could you figure out what to do in each phase of the game?
Are timers visible and easy to understand?
Is it clear whose turn it is and what action is expected of you?
Cross-Device & Performance
Note your device model, OS version, and browser (if web)
Does the layout look correct on your screen, or are buttons/text cut off or overlapping?
Does the game slow down, lag, or crash at any point — especially during image generation?
Fun Factor (yes, this matters)
Did you laugh? Did the guesses feel competitive and entertaining?
Was any part of the experience confusing, frustrating, or momentum-killing?
Would you play this at a family game night or with friends?
